The good - location and river terrace. The bad - no toilet paper in the room on arrival. Problem with the lifts. Private party took over the pool / river terrace with paying guests shunted to the inferior wing pool. Using guest's deposits as working capital (two weeks to refund)...Not the experience i would expect from this respected brand.

The hotel was absolutely amazing. Top notch for service, gym, spa, super helpful and polite staff, high quality restaurants, the best breakfast. Our room was huge and clean- simply spotless. It was so quiet as well. The bed was comfortable. 5 stars for everything, highly recommend!
