We enjoyed staying there. Room was pretty and comfortable. All the staff were very hospitable. Pool, bar, breakfast and spa were all great! Walking around Hanoi was bit overwhelming with massive number of mopeds, constant noise and uneven sidewalks so it was nice to rest in quiet and peaceful place like this hotel.

Incredible service and experience! Rose and her team went the extra mile to make us feel welcomed and taken care of. This was our first time in Hanoi, and will stay at the Hotel du Lac Signature again. The breakfast had an amazing selection and great views of the city. If you have time, book the onsen experience! It was also an easy pick up spot if you plan to do day trips (Ninh Binh, Ha Long Bay).

My husband and I stayed here for 2 nights. It was faultless from start to finish. We arrived at 7am at the hotel after a 12 hour flight from London and we thought our room wouldn’t be ready. After having a conversation with the staff and a short fee later that had confirmed we could check in and upgraded our room for us which was hugely appreciated. The staff were incredibly friendly and and the room was very clean. Would definitely recommend this as a place to stay in Hanoi.
