When I had a couple of questions before arrival, email inquiries were settled quickly and professionally by the hotel reservation team. The hotel is spotless, with impeccable hygiene throughout. The atmosphere was pleasantly quiet—calm and refined, with no hallway noise—perfect for deep sleep away from Macao's usual energy. The room was comfortable with great bedding, good temperature control, and thoughtful lighting. Room service was prompt and friendly. Extra touches: thorough turn-down service, excellent shower pressure, a solid in-room dining menu, and spotless lobby seating. Overall, a perfect blend of British elegance and Asian hospitality. Would I return? Absolutely.

Location close to Shinjuku station snd all activities. Room size was on the smaller size.
