Room was clean, and ready by 11am for our requested early check-in which was fantasic. We were leaving late same night so our breakfast we had paid for was offered to us on the morning of our arrival which was also much appreciated. Staff were fantasic. Free airport transfer was also perfect for our needs.

The rooms were clean, gardens were beautifully maintained. We requested a mattress topper on our booking as I had read the beds were hard. We found the bed very comfortable. Great location and fantastic value. Overall wonderful experience. Would stay again!

Had a great stay at Bali Garden. The staff were super friendly and welcoming from start to finish. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the resort felt very secure at night, which was reassuring. One of the highlights was the amazing restaurant at the rear of the property right by the beach. fantastic food and a perfect setting. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again.

The territory of the hotel is large and lush. The service and the staff is great. I think it used to be a grand hotel but now it's ran down and require repairs. Villas needed renovation like 10 years ago. Constant plumbing issues and bad water smell.
I'd only recommend staying in the residence - which is a newly built and fenced are of the hotel.
