They are truly there to help all the guests. Hospitality is about people. They really get that. I appreciated their help. Even the first and the second night my room was just next to the party area . 「The hotel is much better than I expected. We arrived very late, around 3AM. The front desk is very helpful and extends our check out time. The staff speaks very good English. The room is very big, so does the bed. The water in the shower is very good. Wifi works very fast. There are some stores outside, so you can buy stuff very easy, even during the night. And taxi driver does know this hotel. The only thing bothers us is the air conditioner was a little bit noisy. Btw the room has a belcony.」
