The spa was very relaxing and personal. I think we both looked 10 years younger after our spa and facia treatment. The staff, I cannot say enough wonderful things about the Staff. But one person in particular. Hector was amazing! If anybody gets the meet Hector at the Havana lounge, you will not be disappointed! The live music at the Havana was also perfect!

This marks our seventh visit to Nizuc, and the experience was, as consistently, impeccable. We wish to commend Eduardo for the exceptional service he provided poolside throughout our six-day stay. Please pass my compliments to his manager. I am, however, a bit concerned over the thinning out and removal of vegetation I'm starting to see along the main path we use to walk to our hotel room. Nizuc, please keep the vegetation as thick and native as possible—it's one of the things that makes Nizuc so unique and beautiful compared to other hotels in Cancun!

We traveled as a couple for a relaxing, quiet getaway, and it truly felt romantic and peaceful—exactly the escape we wanted. We stayed in the Private Pool Villa, and it was incredibly private and made the trip feel extra special—especially with the butler service, which was such a nice touch. If you’re visiting as a couple and want to keep things adults-focused, I highly recommend spending your time at the adult pool and dining at the adult-only restaurant. Overall, I honestly don’t have anything negative to say about the resort. The only drawback was breakfast—the kids crying and screaming was literally every day, and it could be pretty distracting. There wasn’t an adults-only breakfast option, so if there had been another place to go, we definitely would’ve chosen the adult side. That said, we noticed when we sat outside at the restaurants, it seemed like there were fewer (if any) young kids around, and it felt much calmer. If you want to avoid kids as much as possible, stick to the adult areas and choose outdoor seating when you can.

Nizuc Resort and Spa is absolutely beautiful and the perfect place to relax. The grounds are stunning, and the atmosphere feels peaceful from the moment you arrive. The spa is truly world-class, one of the best I’ve ever experienced, and the service throughout the resort was nothing short of superior. Every staff member went above and beyond to make the stay special. The food was consistently good, with a variety of options to enjoy. A special shout-out to Luis, who was especially kind and welcoming, his warmth and professionalism really stood out and made our experience even better.
