Great from beginning to end, great view, great location for walking to supermarket with very affordable food on the second floor- super chedraui. Beach is raised up and then steps down into the ocean but the water is so calm there and no seaweed. Lifeguard on duty and snorkeling right there. Lastly I love the look of the hotel, almost every other hotel is a souless highrise, the beautiful villas are only 5 stories and the architecture is amazing

Great Place to Stay. I had the kitchenette and it was great for making breakfast. Room was very clean. Pool area was clean and service around the pool was excellent. We at at both restaurants and enjoyed the food. Beach area was great. A few rocks around the steps into the water but past that it was a beautiful sandy beach. Can't say enough good things about the service at the front desk. Excellent attention to all enquiries. I had no children but would highly recommend the Fiesta Americana for families. Overall 5 star service. I will stay here again.

La propiedad esta muy vieja y en malas condiciones el control de la tele no servia y no tienen ningun canal de deportes desde que llegamos al hotel en la recepcion nos mando con una señorita y nos retuvo por 40 minutos insistiendo en meternos a unaplatica para poder comprar una membrrsia del hotel le dijimos que no y toda la estadia estuvieron acosandonos para comprar su membresia y otra cosa la habitavion no tiene privacidad se escucha todo de la habitacion de alado.

We love this place. Nice, comfortable accommodations. Excellent attentive staff. Friendly, helpful and fun. So clean and lovely. Pool and beach area are so nice. Great food in all 3 restaurants. Bar service is great. Stayed here 6 times over the years and are never disappointed. We'll be back.

Loved our stay at Fiesta Americana Cancun Villas. Rooms were clean, staff was amazing and amenities were great. Especially loved that it feels a little more "local" than some of the other high end hotels. At FACV you get the same services but also the feeling of being in Cancun.

Spent 2 glorious weeks in a 3 bedroom suite with friends & family. The ONLY complaint was the frequent lack of warm water in the showers & sinks. Staff is consistently amazing. Efficient & friendly. We ate often at The Palapa and the food never disappointed.

The view from the room was beautiful, however the smell was not… The room smelt like rotting cabbage from the time we walked in to when we left not sure where the smell was coming from, had to go out and purchase our own air freshener just to combat it. Couldn’t have the ac running without the door to the balcony open or else the smell would come back. Pool was unheated and unusable, hot tubs on the other hand were great when they were available and clean noticed that within and hour after opening the hot tub had turned a dirty brown colour. If you are down at the pool don’t expect any service from staff, you won’t receive it unless you’re paying into their package. When we went to find out if we could switch rooms or something could be done we were told that nothing was available even though the resort was practically empty. The beach is five feet of trash, not taken care of, and dirty. Cleaning staff was great. The area around the resort was more lively and more enjoyable. Overall our experience wasn’t pleasant, we were very disappointed with the lack of care and communication you receive if you are not paying them the extra money for their packages or excursions. Also when purchasing the package through Expedia it was never mentioned that is was a European package (meaning no food and anything else included)

This hotel is for those who want to avoid big crowds and want spectacular views, friendly staff and good food. The rooms are dated but you can’t beat the price and comfortable size of the rooms.

This resort is a smaller, more personal resort with amazing staff and a friendly, relaxed atmosphere. The staff gets to know you and speaks WITH you, not AT you. Love going to this resort year after year.
