Excellent, clean, well maintained resprt for the price. Didn’t pressure me for timeshare presentation which was nice. Location was good. Beach is minimal, but you can easily walk to more if you want it. Very much enjoyed the stay. Super nice staff.

Nice place but did not like that the cleaning ladies went through our luggage and would enter the room when we had do don’t disturb sign. Also room smelled like mold. We checked out a day early because it was uncomfortable and they charged us full price.

The staff were great, the hallways and room periodically smelled of sewage. They also don't have enough channels on their TVs and the ability to play channels in English. Also the Expedia 10% VIP should be 15% because if you frequent the restaurant there within the facility and then you give at least a 10% tip it's a wash.

The hotel is beautiful. The rooms are very spacious and the beds was very comfortable. The staff members were very kind and someone went above and beyond. The only thing I will say is that they do try to get you to set up a meeting with one of their staff members to try to see if you want to join a program or something along those lines and the person that approached us when we had just arrived would not take no for an answer insisting on why not and I had to tell her, I just came in from my flight and at the moment I’m not interested. The drinks should be made on the stronger side That’s my only feedback I’d like to give. Other than that, our stay was amazing! I will most definitely like to return soon!

Was a fan of this chain-which is why I chose it. The place is old & dated but it was clean. location is perfect for a 1st time stay in Cancun. The reception staff was initially nice & courteous but pushy about selling their “rewards” (timeShare) program. The first 3 days they would nicely approach me and once they got it through their head that I wasn’t going to spend 90 min of my precious vacation time listening to their spill, they practically ignored us the rest of our stay. I had asked for them to reserve me a bed on the beach for one of the days but they never did. After I told them a couple of times that I didn’t want to join their rewards, they pretended we were invisible. Not even a good morning when we walked by. Our chamber maid Luz was wonderful. The room was cleaned and she always greeted us when we ran into her in the hallway. We arrived late to the hotel since getting our luggage at the cancun airport took over 90 minutes! the hotel was trying to give me a crappy view room on the 2nd floor so we tipped him $$ and he gave us a room on the 5th fl facing the other resorts and the beach. the view was so great that we'll be staying there instead next time. room is def dated (but most furniture looked new for the most part). Tub was dangerous getting in & out. the towel rack in the bathroom, soap dispenser holder and the phone plugs were broken. There isn't a beach, but concrete steps to the water and there's lots of rocks. place is ok but Will not stay here again.

Le ménage n’est pas au top, des cheveux longs à plusieurs endroits notamment dans la salle de bain. Pas de gestion des transats à la piscine ni à la plage donc des gens mal éduqués posent des serviettes aux meilleures places dès le matin puis partent se promener ou déjeuner pendant plusieurs heures et vous devez vous mettre ailleurs. On s’est aussi fait piéger : l’hôtel dit nous offrir un repas pour notre lune de miel et nous sommes accompagnés tout du long par un employé qui essaie de nous vendre des semaines d’hôtel… Enfin au petit déjeuner on vous débarrasse votre assiette sans vous questionner alors que vous n’avez pas terminé le repas… point positif : Luis et Sergio serveurs à la piscine sont d’excellents professionnels.

Housekeeper left room clean everyday. 3rd floor had a really strong garbage odor. Pool was nice, beach was tiny but nice nonetheless. Hot tubs were always crowded. Drinks and buffet were overly priced.
