Staff was incredible. They tended to our every need. Rooms were so great, with beautiful views of the ocean. The cleaning staff had our rooms spotless everyday. High end shopping mall with wonderful shops and restaurants right across the street. Food at the resort was good. Highly highly recommend staying at this place! We will definitely go back.

Tv in the room didn't work well. Not enough channels in english. No ability to screen share your phone to the tv. Resort pools were great, and the hot tub was a nice addition. Also pools and hot tub are open late (10pm) which is amazing. Some staff were not very friendly and not very attentative, but most were great. Especially the bag attendant, he was amazing.
