Staff were very friendly and knowledgeable about the local area and transport options etc. Chef was great in preparing an individual option for one of our post who is undergoing treatment and couldn't eat the buffet breakfast. We were late to dinner reservations on two occasions due to the delay. Front desk staff were friendly and helpful. Cleaning staff on the sixth floor were friendly and professional."
