I was told when I booked that I would need to wait until closer to stay to request rooms close to each other. There is no representative at location so all communication is via email or one time we phoned and the woman was very rude. "Large, quite room; kitchen, tv. Bathroom has only one soap dispenser (for hands, we used it for shwer...) Overall i can recommend, but... Check in was very difficult. After paying in expedia and recribing confirmation, the hotel sent a mssg to chevkin online via a link. Thats fine. However, never before did i need to include my passpot photo as well as my wife's....plus many other details, more than airline checkin! The reeervation was on my name, so why do they need my wifes passport? After...

"Staff and facilities were great. The bartenders were all wonderful and gave some wonderful recommendations for local eateries. U-bahn and S-bahn stations are within walking distance. Would recommend and stay again. "
