Great location, easy access to transport, food, the Christmas markets and the tourist hop on hop off bus is across the road. The staff were helpful and friendly and we had Christmas lunch at Spargo restaurant which was excellent!

Great stay at Park Inn Berlin! I had a wonderful experience at the Park Inn Berlin. The top-level room offered an awesome city view, especially the TV Tower, which was absolutely stunning. The room was comfortable and well maintained. The breakfast was very nice, with a good variety and quality. Overall, a great hotel in a perfect location—I would happily stay here again.

The hotel itself is good, and the reception staff were friendly, professional, and very helpful. However, the restaurant deserves a negative star if that were possible. The breakfast was extremely limited (mostly just different types of ham), and the service was very unfriendly. Some of the servers were rude, which completely ruined the dining experience.

This hotel was amazing and extremely convenient, as it’s located in the heart of everything. There are many shops nearby, including department stores and shopping centres, as well as plenty of restaurants and fast-food options. If you visit during Christmas time, there are two Christmas markets—one directly outside the hotel and another just a five-minute walk away. The hotel also offers many amenities and activities, including a rooftop high swing, which I tried and absolutely loved. The staff were friendly and very helpful throughout my stay. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Berlin.

Overall our stay was very good. The hotel was busy, & had a lovely atmosphere. It was clean and the staff were friendly & attentive. The only thing we didn't like was the bathroom facilities in the rooms. Individual cubicles for toilet & shower in the bedroom, with only a frosted glass door for privacy ..... not much privacy !!

Best location in the area! Super nice breakfast has a lot of options. Clean room just a bit of small. Staff was nice and helpful.

Excellent hotel near public transport. Large clean room. Beautiful view of Berlin. Great to have a coffee machine in the room. Excellent breakfast - especially loved the gadgets including the pancake maker and butter dispenser!! Lovely bar area too.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The location is excellent, within easy walking distance to plenty of restaurants and stores for shopping. My room had an amazing view of the TV tower, which made the experience even better. Everything was comfortable, clean, and convenient. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area!

Great beautiful room, but very small. When having your suitcase opened you have to walk around it to pass by. No worries though easy enough and get what you pay for :)
