Great property, very cool neighborhood and close to all the fun and to transportation is needed. However, even though you have a balcony space you can not use it to smoke, which I find ridiculous if the door is closed. But would stay again.

This is aa very clean furnished apartment. There’s no reception or hotel services. The apartments are large with full kitchen and bath, laundry and coffee machine. There was no elevator in my part of the apartment building but some units seem to have elevators. Management was very responsive. The neighborhood is Friedrichshain which has a Brooklyn/Berlin vibe. Lots of places to eat, drink ans shop. Tram on the corner and about ten minutes U Bahn

Incredible value for money. Clean, spacious, everything one needs for one day or much longer. Furniture a bit used and not most modern, but all in all a great place to stay, I’d book it again.

Room was great and so was the cleanliness and space. If they had air conditioner would have been even better but I know it’s hard to find in Berlin. Nice local bars nearby. Overall great as long as you don’t go if weather is very hot.

Nice, spacious apartments in an awesome neighborhood. Good access to transit and lots of restaurants in the area. Not a staffed hotel, but they are responsive by phone and e-mail. Payment processes and deposit requirements are a bit unusual, but it seemed to work out. We were very happy with this lodging.

The hotel was in a real neighborhood that was lively and safe both day and night. The apartment was super cute and all the rooms were large. The kitchen had everything we needed for making a simple meal. The personalized website provided by the property answered our questions on how to use the coffee maker, TV and heat.

Mid-December stay. Wonderful old building on a lovely quiet street. This was a beautiful, spacious, clean, quiet (bedrooms faced the inner courtyard), comfortable place to stay in Berlin, modern bathroom and kitchen, washer and dryer, towel rack warmer, comfy beds. A stone's throw from a tram and a nice walk to Warschauer Straße station and other points of interest in Berlin. Park and weekend farmers market right around the corner. Close to restaurants and grocery store. Some observations: 1) check-in was a bit confusing -- when we arrived we had to wait for someone to greet us at the front door as we didn't have the entrance code and also didn't know where we were supposed to go once inside; 2) our flat was two flights up and there was no elevator we could use to schlep our 3-weeks of luggage up the stairs; and 3) paying was tricky as we booked through Expedia but then received a bunch of emails, asking us to pay through a direct payment system used by the hotel, not Expedia, and we weren't sure if we were being scammed. After some email communication back and forth with Luxoise, I was more reassured. Would definitely stay there again!

Not luxurious but quite nice

We stayed one night at the top floor with roof balcony - it is quite a nice apartment. It does not get 5 stars because the sleeping couch was not that comfortable, we couldn’t sit 5 persons at the dinner table, as a 5th chair couldn’t fit the table. And the main reason for choosing this apartment was being 5 persons. In the living room was set up a huge air con machine in an even larger plastic box. Not luxurious solution. The doors to the bedrooms and the balcony cannot be secured, so by airing the apartment, the doors slammed. We lacked one sleeping pillow. However, the kitchen is very well equipped, the bathroom is actually luxurious.

Clean, spacious well-located apartment

Stayed with a group of friends for several days in Luxoise Apartments. The apartment is conveniently located for transportation and in a neighborhood with plenty of food and shopping options. The apartment was clean and spacious, with plenty of room for five people. The beds were comfortable and the amenities as described in the listing. Communication was generally timely and helpful, and we were able to get into the room a little early, which was much appreciated as we'd all had long trips. Our only annoyance was that the shower, which is right inside of the bathroom door, has a door that is not fully sealed and opens out into the bathroom, so we went through several towels trying to keep the floor dry so people's feet didn't get wet when using the bathroom. A suggestion would be to have a comfy chair or two in the living room. The sofa is nice, but it'd be cozier with some additional seating for groups. Other than that, we very much enjoyed our stay and will keep it in mind for future Berlin trips.

It is rare to find a well-furnished flat in Friedrichshain. I’ve stayed at plenty of flats in the area, but the Luxoise Apartments are the only ones I’d repeat. Clean, well-furnished, very conveniently located for the clubs in Friedrichshain, and easily accessible from BER via Ostkreuz (15 min walk; one stop on the FEX).

One of the biggest apartments I’ve ever rented. Huge rooms and well stocked kitchen. We stayed in the 3 double bed with balcony facing front. The ground coffee machine was an added bonus! Got a little nervous about receiving access instructions but they arrived by email after checkin time. Hopefully will be back 👍
