Dear Sir or Madam, I’m writing to express my disappointment with my stay at the Maritim Hotel in Germany tonight. The room was not clean, with visible dust and stains on the furniture, and the air conditioning was broken, making it uncomfortably warm. Additionally, the staff was unresponsive when I reported these issues, which was stained linens, and despite booking for wired broadband, the connection was completely unusable.
