Great modern Hotel with best gym and spa next to the airport. Unfortunately no airport shuttle. Good food and great service as well (Katarina). Free parking while you stay! You can feel the difference of a family owned Hotel!

Great hotel near the airport. No restaurants around and not walkable to other places. But Restaurant and bar on site. No airport transfer. Great rooms and service and free parking with stay. Highly recommend „Van der Valk“.

Good rooms, really clean, comfortable beds. Great place to stay if you have a car, as parking was free, but not much around if you don't have a car. Restaurant was under refurbishment, so only complaint would be limited options for food. Amazing gym facilities on top floor - with great views while you work out.

Excellent Hotel

The hotel was very clean, the room was large and comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I will be booking this hotel for my next trip to Düsseldorf.

This is a great option for the airport or a concert at PSD Bank Dome. There isn’t anything else around but the hotel has a great bar and the restaurant is excellent.

More than anything I liked the King size bed and mattress and the bathroom , equality materials and hot water at all times. It should be considered having kettles in the hotel rooms.

The customer service was great, lovely hotel but not very easy to get to say nearest cafe or restaurant for breakfast, as the onsite breakfast was a little high in price, me and my son had to get an uber to the nearest McDonald's, we then got a e-scooter back.

It is a great quiet hotel near the airport. Easy check in and check out including free parking. With a taxi/uber for around 20eu in city center, or rent a bike. The standard room has a lot of space, is pretty quiet with good solid beds and dark curtains. The bathroom with a separate bath is also spacious. Only the big shower head needs a clean, because now everything will become wet due to the water. Other point of attention is stock in brasserie/restaurant/lobby. A lot of things were ‘sold out’, like nuts, chips, or ice tea green. Really don’t understand how this can be not refilled with long dates on these kind of products.

I had unfortunately one of the worst experience in this hotel. Staff is nice and room is spacious (I had rented the familial suite) But when I entered my toilet garbage was full. In addition the room was freezing. When I informed the reception they just went to cleaned the room but it was still freezing. The next day at 6:30am someone tried to enter my room. Turned out it was the staff responsible to fix the AC. And they tried to enter again at 7am and 7:30am. This was crazy. Apparently the system had put my room empty by mistake and the staff was supposed to change my room. I asked to change my room. No compensation was done by the hotel. I was very disappointed my room especially that my room was over-valued.

The Van Der Valk hotel is absolutely stunning inside, the rooms are very spacious and comfortable. I didnt use the Restaurant so i cannot advise on that but thr Bar is comfortable ,but service can be slow when busy ,only to be expected. Overall i highly rate it
