「Ottima posizione, al centro ma in una zona tranquilla con tanti negozi, ristoranti e bar intorno. 15 min a piedi alla piazza centrale e 5 min di tram alla stazione centrale. Camera con tutto, una macchina di caffè che macina il caffè direttamente. La stanza guarda verso un giardino interno. Sicuramente opterei di nuovo per questo posto! 」

「Not sure we'll repeat this. Idea is okay- minimal staff and a small apt with living/dining/kitchen/bedroom. The apt was dark, even with all the lights on - but the problem was the lack of staff assistance. We never got an email with instructions and codes to get the key, and staff was only there a few hours a day. We got there mid-afternoon in a snowstorm and were lucky another guest let us in to try to work out how to get a key. After that we didn't really need people, but there were weird...

「Die Ausstattung war etwas spärlich, es kam nur einen kleinen Teller und zwei Schüsseln. Gut war, dass es eine Pfanne und einen Topf gab. Die Kaffeemaschine funktioniert nicht gut - weder intuitiv noch sind die beiliegenden Tässchen ausreichend für die Menge des Kaffees (große / kleine Portion sind jeweils übergelaufen). Nette Idee, aber so passt es leider nicht wirklich. Ansonsten waren die Betten bequem, für den Preis hat alles gut gepasst, Bad war schön und modern.」

「Checked in on Saturday and out early Monday, while the team works Monday to Friday. Everything was smooth, but in case of any issues, there is no support over the weekend. It would be helpful if the team could reach out on Thursday to let guests know their working hours and check if there are any questions. Great location, close to the underground and bus stations.
