"i booked the hotel for the spa but it was closed during my stay. i re ceived 3 emails from them before arriving and NEVER did they mention the spa would be closed during my week window of staying there. Had i known the spa would be closed i would have definitely went to a hotel which has a spa to use."

"Super central and convenient for walks and public transport. Downside are the two massive construction sites close to the hotel but within 5 minutes of walking you can hit the nicest spots around Munich. It is a bit of a "party" hotel due to the popular bar and the restaurant but that also could be seen as a plus."

"Highlights: - bed was comfortable - shower is also okay - Rituals products Lowlights: - We were allocated in a room at 6th floor and the lift only goes up to 5th - It's impossible to close the door of the the toilet and the shower at the same time... If you are travelling alone, it's fine, but if you have someone, it becomes complicated (also, all the smell goes directly to the room if you use the toilet and right to the shower - Not possible to open the window... Meaning after a day, it feels really claustrophobic, the are becomes thick and there's no ar circulation, as it's also impossible to get the AC to work to cool the room down"
