KING's HOTEL Center Superior

KING's HOTEL Center Superior

8/10 Good
"Disappointed after travelling for over 30 hours to get to Munich, we were not able to access our room before the dot of 3 o’clock. The foyer had other guests also being told that the rooms weren’t ready but at 3 o’clock suddenly all the rooms were available. It would’ve been so appreciated if rooms were made available as soon as they were all cleaned which obviously wasn’t all at exactly 3 o’clock. A special mention of the gentleman at the front desk on each night, who was so helpful and friendly every time we came back after being out for the day!"

"I had a wonderful stay at NHCollection Munich. The staff were very attentive and quick to respond to requests. I particularly want to give praise to the staff who tended the rooms as my room was always left very clean and tidy and restocked with amenities. Although my room looked onto the station it was extremely peaceful and quiet and I didn't hear noise from other guests. This is a brilliant hotel if you want to be near the station (literally across the road) but also within walking distance of all the sights in the city. It is also close to lots of supermarkets and restaurants. Having said that I tried the room service offering at the hotel and it arrived quickly, was hot and very tasty. I would recommend this service as, on a couple of occasions, I got back from trips out at a very late hour. I still received the same level of service and quality."
