We loved our stay at Cocoon Theresienwiese in Munich. The Club House room was perfect for our family of four and had everything we needed to self cater. There’s a supermarket around the corner and it’s only a short train ride into Munich.

Fairly new and modern hotel. Small rooms but well laid out and had everything you need. Cafe in the bottom of rye hotel is great for breakfast and lunch too, and there are many areas in the hotel to hang out and read/work.

This hotel is one of the best I have ever stayed in. The rooms our spacious and the space on 2nd floor reception area is great to relax and have a drink. Its 10 mins walk to the metro and then just 5 mins to the centre

The perfect hotel for those visiting for Oktoberfest. We were able to check in a little early after an overnight flight which was very helpful. The staff was great and the cafe on the ground floor was a perfect spot for breakfast.

This is the perfect location. We came for Oktoberfest and it was less than 5 minute walk, convenient to get to any transportation and nearby shops. The hotel itself is so nice and the staff are very helpful. We were 5 people and stayed in the clubhouse. The room had so much space and storage for a big group, it was perfect

Perfect Stay in a Great Location

The hotel was very nice and in a great location. The room was lovely. Right downstairs there’s a bakery where you can get breakfast, and there’s a bus stop right outside the hotel.

Very pleasant stay

The rooms are spacious, comfy, modern and clean. Has everything you need, from a mini stove and dishes, to quality shower products and wireless charging of phone. Self check-in is easy, parking conveniently under the building. Rooftop sun terrace amazing, entrance lounge and bar really nice. Location good.

This hotel is across the street from Theresienwiese, the Octoberfest fairgrounds. We arrived the first day of Octoberfest and needed an upgrade to a bigger room. The staff bent over backwards to accommodate our request, even though it was a super busy weekend! We got a bigger room and it was perfect. The room was clean, the hotel was clean and they even provided a free beer upon check-in!

Nice new hotel.

Cozy hotel. Nice, modern room that included convenient inductive charging plates for mobile devices on the headboard of the bed for each person. Helpful service from hotel staff. Not the most central location, but there's a bus stop immediately outside the hotel for commute to downtown Munich.

Seems newly renovated, and the self-check in process was very convenient. The worst part was the queen-sized bed had multiple tiny blankets on it instead of one large one... This was a surprise and disrupted my sleep.

Modern, reasonably priced hotel in Munich

A modern hotel located 10mins walk from an Underground station with good links to the City. Clean & comfortable with a kitchenette in room. Great bakery on the ground floor next to hotel. A beer garden/restaurant 10mins walk away. Besides that not a lot around. Reasonably good price.
