"Our stay at KING’s Hotel Center in Munich was truly incredible. The hotel is in a very convenient location, close to the metro, bus stops, restaurants, Old Town Munich, and all the major shopping areas. Getting around the city was effortless.
From the moment we arrived, the customer service was excellent. The staff consistently delivered a “We Want and We Will” attitude — welcoming, attentive, and genuinely committed to making our stay enjoyable. The rooms were exactly what my family and I needed: spacious, comfortable beds, and perfectly functioning AC, which was a relief during warm days.
The hotel also offers complimentary coffee, tea, and water at any time in the lobby’s coffee bar area, which was a great touch. Breakfast is available for a fee, and it’s a solid option if you want something convenient before heading out. They also helped arrange a taxi for our airport transfer, making departure stress‑free.
We want to highlight one staff member in particular: Richard. He went above and beyond to ensure we were having the best experience in Munich. He provided thoughtful recommendations for local restaurants, shared detailed information about the hotel, and consistently impressed us with his professionalism and attention to detail. His hospitality made a meaningful difference in our stay.
