Room was clean, great location, just under a 5 minute walk from the Munich HBF. However, because of the time of the year, the air conditioning was not available. Although the weather was great (in fact cool outside), even with the room windows open, it felt a little stuffy. I dont see the point of not turning on the air conditioning!!!!
