I had an excellent experience at Numa. The rooms were impeccably clean, the online service was always available, is a great place to stay . The location is very convenient, close to major attractions of the city.One small thing to keep in mind is that Numa does not have its own parking. I would definitely stay here again.

The property was excellent. Great location - easy access to Hauptbahnhof and Stachus. The apartment had everything we needed and plenty of space. It is on a busy road and there was some noise from the club next door on the Saturday night.

Wonderful, very nicely decorated, super clean apartment. Easy self check in-out. Super comfortable beds. The only disadvantage is the street/neighberhood.

Apartment hotel in every good location.. Nearby central station that provides excces to all the city, supermarkets, and restaurants. 10 to 15 minutes to all the old cities' monuments . The apartment included equipment to cook & eat in. Free room lockers to store the luggage for early or late check-in

The room was great, both in terms of cleanliness and price. Very modern and the kitchenette came with everything you could need to cook which really saved us some money. The only bad thing about this property is the location. It got a little sketchy at night and the women I was with were catcalled both nights we were there by men on the walk from the train to our hotel. It was to the point where we wanted to be back in the hotel before 9pm.

Super convenient apartment, comfortable and well equipped with everything you need. Particularly good communication from the central office. Helpful info was pre-prepared and well designed for every step. Then when we had a specific question, a real person picked up the enquiry quickly and clearly. They promptly moved us to another apartment in the same block, so our problem was solved smoothly. We will look for Numa apartments again.

New facility, and very nice inside. Location is good for access to the city and train station, though a bit seedy neighborhood. But just a few blocks to trains 10 minutes to Marienplatz area. Door entry system is bad, and if you didn't get the email with codes & details you will have a very hard time getting into the building, as there is no front desk and they're trying to do it all electronically. Bring a well charged phone, because you're probably going to need it to get in.

We stayed in the family room which exceeded our expectations! Everything has been thought of from washing up liquid, tea bags, cutlery, kitchen roll, shampoo, shower gel, conditioner. The accommodation was immaculate with really good quality bedding and furnishings. Couldn't find fault with the accomodation. One recommendation would be a not slip mat in the shower as the tiles were quite slippery when wet and being a family room with children, this could be an issue. We used a towel so it was fine. Also to be aware the family room is on the 6th floor and the lift only goes to the 5th which means suitcases, buggies etc need to be carried up a curved flight of stairs. These points should not detract from what fabulous accommodation it is though. We would definitely visit again!

Bed was comfortable and room was very spacious for us to have both of our suitcases open. Modern shower was a nice comfort to have. Enjoyed that we could do laundry on the property and was easy enough to figure out.

The laundry facilities were great. The cost for a wash was 3euros on your credit card and to dry was 4euros. Very convenient. You don’t even need soap as it automatically added it.

Apartment was ideal for what we needed. The area surrounding is a bit rough at night but obviously Numa can’t control that. Completely satisfied with our stay and would definitely stay with them again.

Initial room had a sewage odor and the bathroom fan had fallen off the wall. We called Numa who offered us a change in room though it was smaller. We requested a late check out and asked for the fee to be waved due to the inconvenience which was denied.

Wifi didn't work the entire time we were there. We booked for four people, yet the pull-out bed didn't have the needed sheets, and there were only two towels. One of the railings across a window, which enables the black out curtain to cover the window over night, was missing - looked like it had been torn out of the wall. Only 1/4 of the towel heater in the bathroom actually worked. Disappointing stay.

The property was adequate but it is more a short break type as we were staying for 12 days we had our room cleaned once and towels changed once only for 12 day stay also although not really a problem you empty your own rubbish bin which was not on the advert for the property nearly every day we took our rubbish down to the garbage and never seen the bins empty.
