Hotel is beautiful and you cannot beat the location- so close to the Alexanderplatz stations with easy access to all of Berlin, and tons of food options around as well. We enjoyed our five day stay in this historic building. Check in and out is easy and staff is very attentive. I absolutely loved my room! It was large, had a complete kitchenette, a shower with tremendous water pressure, and a hair dryer that was also powerful. The staff was very kind and helpful; I would definitely stay there again. Being very close to the Alexanderplatz train station was also a plus.
