We had a lovely one night stay at River Palace before a cruise. Very welcoming as soon as we walked into the door. The public areas as well as our room were beautifully decorated. Location was great with restaurants, shops and a train station close by. The staff was very professional and helpful. I will mention the stairs. We had a flight up from our living area to the bedroom. A bit slippery. But that wouldn't deter us from returning. We would definitely stay here again.

Amazing location in Rome and the rooms are modern and comfortable albeit a little small. No drink making facilities in the rooms with a coffee machine only in the reception. They put this on free vend during the hours of breakfast. This hotel is desperate for drinks in the room

We absolutely loved our stay here! It was the perfect place for our first few days in Rome. The location was amazing — we were able to walk almost everywhere and were so close to so many of the main sights, restaurants, cafés, and everything we wanted to experience. It made exploring Rome so easy. Our room was beautiful, comfortable, and such a nice place to come back to after long days walking around the city. The staff were also incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay and made us feel very welcome. We had such a great experience here and would absolutely recommend it to anyone visiting Rome. We would definitely stay again!
