This was our third time staying at this hotel. It is clean with friendly staff and you can’t beat the location. Highly recommend!

Not a five star property by any standard. Had our stay been any longer or we planned to spend any amount of time in the room, we would’ve canceled the reservation and moved to a different property. The first room we were given reeked of sewage, as agreed by the front desk staff, so we were taken to a different room. All was well until we came back from dinner and the same smell was in the new room. When we engaged the staff, we were shown the same room two floors above—same issue. At that point, it was 11:30pm and we’d been traveling or sightseeing all day, so we elected to just go to bed. We were expecting management to reach out the next day—that didn’t happen. No issues using WhatsApp for marketing, etc. but apparently it doesn’t work for conflict resolution. On top of the foregoing, the hairdryer didn’t work nor did one of three dispensers. Both sinks in the double vanity were slow to drain and there was no form of exhaust in the bathroom, so condensation dripped from the ceiling. As we were checking out, another guest was explaining that their toilet wouldn’t flush. There’s clearly a maintenance issue at this property that needs immediate addressing. Once that’s done, based on service and other amenities, it’s still maybe a three star hotel. The second star in the rating is merely for location. Stay away if you’d like to truly enjoy your stay in Barcelona.

Amazing

Yurbban Passage is a beautiful property. It is in a great location with easy walking to many interesting sites. The roof top area is an added bonus with pool, food service, and beautiful views. The breakfast and the food at the restaurant are excellent. We will stay here again.
