Clean property in a great area

it’s a really nice place i was surprised on the quality of the rooms . only thing which was a shame was in this day and age having to pay for internet services i feel is disappointing personally . but the rest was great good breakfast choices too

Beautiful hotel, really stylish and comfortable with impeccable vibes from the staff - they couldn't have been more helpful. The room was beautifully furnished with great views across the garden, and really tranquil despite it's closeness to Earls Court Rd. And fantastic cocktails in the bar - the honey drop was something else.

Great location for theatre and other attractions. The room was exceptionally clean. Good air con although the controls were a little confusing. Shower head wouldn’t stay up so a bit hard to shower but I only stayed one night and when I reported this on check out, the staff were very professional about it.

Room was very clean, nice products in the bathroom, each floor had an ice machine with a cold water tap, and reusable bottles, everything you’d expect from a hotel room, staff were friendly, was easy to get checked in They take a £100 deposit in case you want room service / snacks form the room, which is normal for london, but caught me off guard. Great location, easily walkable to Leicester Square and literally 2 mins walk to the tube station (and Trafalgar Square) We didn’t use the restaurant but it looked nice. Great hotel overall
