The staff were so friendly and helpful. The breakfasts were really good and plentiful with a great choice. Great location. The rooms were a little compact but the beds were comfortable.
Had a deluxe room which was very spacious with a large bathroom. No views to speak of from the windows but that's probably to be expected in a city centre. The rooftop terrace is very pleasant although check the drinks prices before ordering - some are very expensive (gin & tonic 17euros). Breakfast ...

Location is very convenient for the airport and to get into town. Airport transfer very good - although I have heard others did not have such an experience, Taxis into town were pricey which the hotel does nor seem to have any control over even though they arrange them
The staff members were amazing. The hotel decor was beautiful. I have traveled many times but never had the help and kindness as we did in this hotel
Loved its architecture, the two zones (kids/animation and quiet), its spa and chilled out zone. Kids club only caters for children from 4 and does not offer enough toys, games and activities.
