The location is good, and some of the facilities (gym &spa) are ok. However the whole hotel is in desperate need of a renovation. The bathrooms are old, furniture run down and the spa (esp saunas) need a proper clean and renovation.

Had a wonderful experience at the Leonardo St Paul's. Stayed for 2 nights and wanted to surprise my partner for her birthday. They offer lots of different packages including balloons, rose petals, mirror message, etc, so I arranged everything with Anne in the guest relations team - who was super helpful - and everything was perfect, so thank you, Anne! ☺️ Our room was spotlessly clean, quiet and comfortable (probably the best nights sleep I've ever had in any hotel!), and well equipped with everything you might need. Hotel is an a great location with St Paul's right on the doorstep, and other iconic sightseeing spots just a short train ride away. A wonderful experience and would highly recommend. Hope to be back in the near future!
