"The workers were amazing,,service was excellent and very friendly,,the only issue our group had. They advertised no reservations needed for any of their restaurants, however two times, we were told that it would be one to two before we could be seated,, however they were many tables available,,so I asked what about those empty table and they stated they were reserved for the suites,,, and they stayed empty for next hour. They could of served us but instead they left those tables for guest in the suites "

"Hotel is in a great area. The hotel staff were very helpful and kind. I felt safe walking around. Lots to do around the area. A lot within walking distance. Will stay here again "

"I had a great experience during my stay! The staff was very friendly, and the doorman kindly helped with my luggage from a distance, since taxis have to stop about half a block away—the hotel is located on a pedestrian street. The lounge area was a nice bonus, always stocked with desserts and drinks, and perfect for relaxing or having a conversation. Overall, a warm and welcoming place. Highly recommended!"

"My fiancée and I had an amazing experience, from the moment we checked in even though we were a little early they offered us a room right away and once settled the staff gave us a tour of the property. The resort had all the things we needed from beautiful views, pools, beach access, and plenty of drinks & dining options. All the staff was nice, helpful and always making sure we were well taken care of. A special thanks to Sinai and Alex, who went above and beyond to make sure our stay was incredible. Sinai was great with setting up dinner reservations and activities for my fiancée and me. The resort exceeded all of our expectations and we can't wait to return. Thank you staff!"
