「Want to start off my saying the staff at this resort is top notch .. everyone was very friendly , most would remember your name . Pool - older but never had to fight for a chair , clean .entertainment staff was energetic , hospitable and amazing .. top mentions to Carlos , Carmen , Norma but all were great ! Room - LOVED my marina view which I didn’t think I would enjoy versus ocean but it was incredible .,the first resort the AC was almost Too cold . Food - well done for AI .. the servers in...

「Beautiful resort on an even better beach! Loved being able to walk steps to the beach and feel comfortable swimming in the nice clean and cool ocean. Take a little walk on the beach, head to the left and the very last massage spot (by the arch walkway) is a must! Puerto Vallarta is a lovely place with wonderful people. Nothing to fear at all!! 」

「If you choose resorts based on the beach experience, I won’t recommend Dreams Rivera Cancún. The resort was very well maintained, unfortunately, the seaweed situation was not well managed. We paid extra for the Preferred Club which put us right on the edge of the property which was next to a vacant property where the seaweed was permitted to build up and build up. They were using tractors and dump trucks to pull the seaweed out the week we were there and the smell was like death. We saw at least...
