「No sirve」

「Ii is a big property, unfortunately the front desk person wasn't able to assist with TV issues, wifi does not work... The restaurant staff delays because kitchen seems slow... We will not return.」

「The parking area flooded, because the staff didn't anticipate how much rain was going to fall. My rental car was flooded, partly because the staff failed to write down my license plate number.」

「Property and my room over looking a smelly river.」

「What we liked ?? Everything, the room , the staff , the setting , amenities, the food , and everything else . It was perfect as described , the menu at the restaurant was very well thought of , the free breakfast a plus , it’s the only place we been where they have many choices to choose from . 10/10」

「Loved the resort! Great breakfast, river tours, turtle release horseback rides on the beach amazing time. It's rustic in a good way. Nice pools and hammocks tucked in the jungle. Good AC on the rooms. A little lacking in hot water but ok for a quick shower. Nice restaurant bar on the beach and the staff was super nice and helpful despite my limited Espanol! Front desk English was great. Came with 2 adult children and 13yo grand daughter. All had a great time. Plan on returning again next year...

「Didn’t like the fact of no availability to towels in the pool」

「Todo me gustó lo único que deben evaluar es el parqueo y el empedrado para bajar a las habitaciones sobretodo para las mujeres es complejo hasta peligroso si utilizan tacones todo lo demás súper bien」
