「False advertisement. It says there are 3 restaurants, incorrect information. False advertisement. There is one kitchen and 3 different areas of seating that they call restaurants. Same menu used through the hotel. Some workers were rude and weren't helpful. When requested for help regarding WiFi issues, staff was giving us a hard time and eventually after several days of asking for help they eventually moved us to another room and we were able to get WiFi for work. Not all workers were help and...

「Un lugar muy bonito, tranquilo, ideal para relajarse y descansar, las habitaciones y las instalaciones son muy cómodas y bonitas. Con el restaurante deben de mejorar el servicio con tiempos de entrega de la comida, cené y desayuné en el restaurante y para la cena se tardaron casi 2 horas para darme unos simples panes con pollo que ordené, y eso que tuve que ir a preguntar porque si no no me los llevan a mi mesa y con el desayuno esperé un poco más de 1 hora y igual había que estar ahí...
