「Breakfast good , staff was really polite and friendly. Especially a lady which her name it’s Maria ,she always have our room clean and neat . Air conditioning, good 」

「Para el precio esperaba en mejores condiciones de las instalaciones, veo que le falta mantenimiento en general, excepto las piscinas que se encuentran muy bien. Con el check in todo bien, el check out mal una persona con cero idea de servicio al cliente. Además el servicio de cable no funcionó nos ofrecieron que llegaría el técnico y jamás se apareció. La ubicación y amenidades bien, el desayuno que incluye no es buffet solo te sirven una vez y si quieres algo mas es con un extra.」

「Room was immaculate and pool lovely. Would be helpful to have mosquito deterrents. Food was good. Note beach is 200m walk away and not good for swimming.」

「The rooms are very basic. Towels and bedsheets very clean. There is a pool. Also shopping center is in walking distance. What I didn’t like, not close to the beach.」

「First impression upon arrival was that the hotel is old and has not been renovated in a long time. The rooms were not nice at all. All the common grounds and outdoor amenities were a lot nicer. We enjoyed our time outside of the hotel room. The staff was extremely friendly and made the stay a lot more pleasant. Food was ok and the DJ by the pool was cool. The sunsets were beautiful. I personally would not come back to this resort but we made the best out of our trip and appreciated the outdoor...

「Loved!! this cute hotel the weather was windy perfect it gave us a feeling of being in the forest with a beautiful view of a lake. I did not get to try their pizza for which they are known for I will definitely be back to try it on another occasion.」

「El host fue muy amable con nosotros, nos ayudó muchísimo. Si pudiera sugerir algo es sobre las instalaciones, el hotel es muy bonito pero está un poco descuidado, las camas estaban arruinadas y el área de la piscina tenía el piso levantado y podía haber sido un poco inseguro si uno estaba mojado. Pero la asistencia del personal fue excelente 」
