「very helpful staff」

「Loved the resort! Great breakfast, river tours, turtle release horseback rides on the beach amazing time. It's rustic in a good way. Nice pools and hammocks tucked in the jungle. Good AC on the rooms. A little lacking in hot water but ok for a quick shower. Nice restaurant bar on the beach and the staff was super nice and helpful despite my limited Espanol! Front desk English was great. Came with 2 adult children and 13yo grand daughter. All had a great time. Plan on returning again next year...

「The staff was extremely helpful with any concerns I had, additional information about transportation and food locations.」

「The staff was really attentive to my husband and myself. The hotel was super clean and the food was amazing」

We had a great time at this property and would definitely go back. I never received communication from the host before the check in, I had to find a way to reach out myself which was kind of frustrating. But at the end of the day I say it was worth the money and would 100% recommend this rental to other visitors.」

「Todo excelente.」

When I took Uber to hotel, the girl in the reception had a very terrible attitude. She said: because the previous customer didn't check out so there is no room for me today!!!!!!! Then send me to a 2 star hotel (originally I paid more than USD120 per night,...
