Tienen que mejorar el servio además no dan las habitaciones como las ponen en fotos, el baño no está tan limpio. El aire acondicionado no es adecuado para el espacio, les falta presentación en las camas que se vean limpias y acogedoras con ganas de descansar

Hice la reservación una habitación de camas triple resulta que no había agua caliente,tuve que bajar hasta la oficina ya que en la habitación #29 no hay teléfonos ,ni microondas ,duramos 7 días ahí,y un chico me dijo que al siguiente día nos iban a cambiar de habitación,que lo que podía hacer era prestarnos la llave de una habitación para ducharnos y que el siguiente día nos iban a cambiar de habitación a mediodía ,ya que iban a reservisar,se llegó el siguiente día y no nos decían nada, hasta que fui a preguntar y me dicen que tenían el mismo problema, así que el chico nos dijo que en todas las habitaciones con camas triples tenían el mismo problema,falta de agua caliente

Liked: The front desk staff member was very professional, friendly, and helpful. He took the time to clearly explain the hotel details to me and my husband, and even gave us a ride to the airport, which we really appreciated. This place is only few minutes away from the airport. Has free breakfast( wasn't able to eat breakfast there because we had an early flight) Didn’t Like: The property felt more like a motel than a hotel to me. While the bed sheets and towels smelled clean, the overall cleanliness could use improvement.

The staff picking up quickly when I called them for pick up at the airport Staff woke me up for an early morning flight. I set my alarm the wrong way. I could have lost my flight had they not noticed that I was not up and ready for the time I had told them to take me to the airport.

Well the hotel was closed to the airport but for some reason the gps that we followed it took us to a scary path idk why, but as soon we got to hotel it was better the check-In clerk was very nicely men who took us to get some food bc we got there after 9:30p and everything closed early here. Everywhere you go they close at 7-8p which it’s suck. I’m sorry I just been honest. The room was very old stylish, bed not comfortable, tv 📺 did not work. It kind of remind me of a motel 6-8 whatever that is. Thank you for the 1st clerk he was a good guy.

When we got there no one was there to check in we had to wait like 30 minutes, Dirty bathroom , mosquitos everywhere, no water in the morning to shower or use bathroom at all :/

The price I paid for this hotel is absolutely not compatible with what is offered. This place is over hyped for what it is. This hotel is directly under a major road so all nigh I could hear nothing but trucks and vehicles above me. The bathroom is dirty and beat up. There’s no hot water BTW. To differentiate the hot from cold water in the shower someone wrote HOT COLD with a sharpie directly on the wall. The doors are not isolated so I could hear people outside. The toilet was dirty. The bed is wrapped with plastic. All the furniture mismatch. There’s a fridge but it was far removed from the wall and unplugged when I got here. Hallways are dark AF! I paid the same price for a Marriot in Houston and the price for this hotel is unjustified. The staff though, very nice people. Super close to the hotel.
Says hot and cold! There ain’t no hot!

First thing there is not hot water at all in this property. The property is very convenient but there is a little bit of noise coming from the side of the main road. Outside of the property is very nice and clean with lots of beautiful Garden and a nice clean Pool, but is more like a adult pool not recommended for kids. Rooms don’t get served unless you ask for it. Otherwise decent place to spend a night but not more than that.

The hotel is well maintained and clean, in general is a very modest building “you get what you paid for” but in a good way, nice for a night or two, The receptionist was very attentive and the breakfast was delicious we liked it!

The outside of the hotel was clean, parking was easy, and staff was friendly. The rooms were not the cleanest, the showers were dirty and the bed linnen had hairs and stains on it. It's also on the side of the road so you can hear the noise from the trucks, busses, and cars in the middle of the night.
