A great location for enjoying downtown El Salvador close to the library and palace and many nice plazas. It’s a safe area and the hotel is clean. Good luck finding it as there are no signs and so we asked someone. The security helped us park the car and get our suitcases. They were very helpful. The room was clean and sufficient with air conditioning. The big downside was the smell in the bathroom probably because it’s old but hopefully they can work on that. It’s a little gem and worth the price to enjoy the historic center of San Salvador.

La habitación está limpia y la ubicación es aún mejor cerca y el personal es muy útil con todo. El único problema que no es la culpa de los hoteles es el ruido por la noche debido al tráfico de otro modo recomendaría este hotel para todos:)

I had 3 room reservations. Upon my arrival, we had issues with the air conditioner in rooms 106 and 108. The air conditioner in room 106 did not work all night. In room 108, the shower door was broken, and the handle for the water was also broken. and it did not have toilet paper or towels. It looked like room 108 was not in service; however, it was given to me. I as for a discount for Ms. Nancy, but she responded, " You already had a discount." The security person was very nice, courteous and friendly, and helpful. We had a big issue with the parking. They did not have parking for us. Which is included in the reservation. Very stressful. The towels were old. I should have a refund for room 108 and the issue with the parking.

Worst parking situation ever. We have to drop the luggage in front of the hotel then drive like 15 minutes to the nearest parking lot. Won’t stay there anymore.
