Staff's attitude is excellent, but would benefit from better procedures and professional management, like when several minor issues at the suite could have been solved much faster or avoided altogether.」

「We refused to check in and had to find other local accommodations. The directions were off by 1 mile, requiring getting locals to help find the place. When we got there we found 1) No way to secure our belongings, since door locks were not working, 2) no A/C in the main rooms and 90 degrees without fans, 3) Open access from the public beach, 4) cockroaches, 5) bad neighborhood without the listed local restaurants and shops, 6) Poorly maintained pool, barbeque, and other amenities. 「Spacious and stylish villa with a relaxing pool and many lounge areas. Private and secure. Felt very safe and comfortable. A short walk to El Sunzal surf break. One of the nicest pools in the area from what we observed. It has seat in the pool where you can relax and watch the surf. John was friendly and responsive to our needs. It was a great stay and I highly recommend this place!」
