The area where the room was under construction and didn’t have furniture not even a table or a chair I don’t like to put my things on the floor had ask for a table the staff was friendly but I wouldn’t go back there

This hotel is in the category of one of the worst hotels I’ve stayed. This was supposed be a nice place but it was not. There was work being done at hotel and it was dirty. The room I had was a suite but did not have a chair, a desk or even a dresser. It had a cheap piece of furniture with shelves. The bathroom faucet and shower had ultra cheap fixtures that were loose and did not work well. The main pool water was somewhat green with splotches of what looked like algae at bottom where I guess paint had peeled. I do not recommend this place to any Expedia user. For the price I expected something much better than this.

Great staff, room was perfect. Air conditioning works perfectly fine, which was great because it was really hot that day. We ran out of water in the shower, but they fixed it in less than 10 minutes. We had complementary breakfast but since we were going to leave to the airport around 3am, they gave us free lunch.

Nothing like the picture. Staff was great, very friendly but the hotel is under construction so it’s very noisy. As for my first time traveling alone I wouldn’t recommend it staff leave at 9 and I just didn’t feel safe.

Pictures do not match the hotel at all. Room was dirty, outdated and very cheap looking, unlike the photos online. The walls were filthy, cob webs in all the corners and bugs on the ground. I’m truly not a complainer or one to write a bad review, but this spot would be over priced in my home country (Canada). It was truly disappointing and spoiled the night for us. The pool and hangout area was also dirty and took away from the beauty of the Salvadorian beach. I recommend staying anywhere else. We got out as soon as we could.

We stayed at Hotel Paseo del Sol with my family and had a really good experience overall. From the moment we arrived, the staff was friendly and welcoming, which made us feel comfortable right away. The hotel is clean, well maintained, and has a calm, family-friendly atmosphere. The location was great, right at La Costa del Sol, which made everything very convenient. Because of that, we ended up eating at the hotel most of the time, and honestly, the food exceeded our expectations. The quality was very good, the meals were well prepared, and it was nice not having to leave the hotel to enjoy good food. Our room was comfortable, spacious, and quiet, making it easy to relax and rest. The common areas were also clean and enjoyable. Overall, it was a smooth and pleasant stay, and we felt well taken care of. I would definitely recommend Hotel Paseo del Sol, especially for families, and I would stay here again without hesitation.

Unfortunately, the rest of the experience was disappointing. The pillows in the room had a strong unpleasant smell. The bathroom had a hole in the ceiling for a pump outlet that turned on frequently, including during the night, making it very difficult to sleep. The towel holders in the bathroom were loose. The shower does not have a door, so water splashes everywhere and floods the bathroom. The pool has a loose lamp inside the water, and the water is very cloudy, which raises safety and cleanliness concerns. Additionally, the coffee served at breakfast is not good.
