「It's about a 10 minute walk to Sunzal beach - so in that sense the property is very convenient for surfing. That being said, there's very little in the immediate area of the hotel, and it's about a 25-30 minute walk to El Tunco. I rented a motorcycle, so that wasn't much a problem for me. 「I need to express how beautiful this property was. The pictures on websites are exactly as posted. We had the LOFT APARTMENT. Just awesome. Full Kitchen, Living Room, etc. Everything we needed.
