「This spacious one room apartment with bathroom is great for someone who does not want to stay in a traditional hotel/motel setting. It is quiet, clean, independent, safe with 24/7 armed security guards, controlled access. Easy access to roads was awesome. It has a park walking distance. 「It's about a 10 minute walk to Sunzal beach - so in that sense the property is very convenient for surfing.
