The rooms were well kept for an older resort. The staff was friendly. I gave a 4 star. Because 95% of the staff only spoke Spanish. I had to Google Translate a lot. Other the pools, the beach , the food and resort overall had a good feel and very safe atmosphere to take your family.

Super clean, great food. Brush up on your Spanish. I'd highly recommend. I will return. Only negative is the proximity from the airport. 2+ hours drive. The resort does not provide transportation. I found an awesome transportation company for tours and the trip to and from the airport. Had a great time!

Room was ok we could sense a moldy smell throughout. We didn’t get any housekeeping during our two night stay. Food is good, however you must make reservations in order to attend breakfast, lunch, or dinner, and there is a booking timeframe. Amenities and entertainment are excellent, staff (with the exception of the lobby) were excellent. There is no WiFi in the rooms only at the lobby which was a surprise to me. All in all a decent place but would not recommend staying more than a couple of nights.

Yes pero no tenían frijoles fritos ,solo frijoles enteros y la dinner. O me gustó no tenían variedad y la comidas estaba no de buena calidad la carne estaba dura no le pude comer faltan regaderas a las salidas de la playa , solo hay una para todos el hotel necesitan más regaderas

The food is horrible to make reservation for the restaurant. They only give preference to American people specially in the steakhouse in the club the way they clean their cups is insane. through water and they put them back to be served. That’s disgusting. Le doy 3 estrellas porque, aunque el lugar es bonito, limpio y el personal es amable, hay muchas limitaciones. Hay que reservar para todas las comidas (incluso desayuno), desde las 7 a.m., y los restaurantes a la carta casi siempre están llenos ya que es por cupos que son muy limitados a comparación de todos sus clientes. Estuve una semana y nunca pude probar el steakhouse. También mencionar que la comida deja mucho que desear. Las habitaciones no tienen WiFi, lo cual es muy complicado para quienes trabajan a distancia. Y sobretodo las personas que vienen de otro país. Y las actividades son muy limitadas, comparado con hace 10 años cuando vine. El resort ya no ofrece tanto como antes y es una lastima ya que vine desde Canadá para vivir otra vez la experiencia de hace 10años atrás.

The food is definitely not good. They had the same menu both days that I was there for lunch and dinner and there was not One item that was good. Everything was either overcooked, undercooked, too salty or no flavor at all. Every thing else was perfect.
