「The shows were great that they had each night, water slides were fun for the kids. Judy & Samantha were amazing to deal with and book the on resort restaurants, book excursions and helpful with any inquiries. The beach was beautiful, there were chairs and beds, easy to watch the kids and relax. 」

「Todo excelente la atención de la mayoría de los empleados solo al llegar nos cambiaron la habitación porque la que nos tocaba estaba el jacuzzi descompuesto nos ofrecieron masaje y estuvo excelente también la salida tarde pero tuvimos muchos problemas con eso mi tarjeta se desactivó no estaban informados los empleados de nuestra situación y tuvimos un momento muy incómodo 」

「We stayed at the Bahía Coba resort which is basic tier of the resorts. The beds were very stiff and the buffet food was decent. Although, there was little communication on how to book the private restaurants for the week that we stayed.」

「The ocean was slightly visible from my room. The room and buildings were kept clean. All the staff were friendly and helpful. The pools were kept clean. There was always people working outside to keep the property maintained. The buffet food wasn’t the greatest but the à la cartes were very good.」
