Room was clean, staff were excellent and very helpful. Air conditioning in the room was adequate. The restaurant on site was mediocre, and we only ate there a couple of times. We ate offsite most of the time and had some really excellent meals. We were disappointed in the fact that there was no small refrigerator in the room. Would have been nice to have some cold drinks in the room along with some snacks.

Larger rooms and bathrooms! Maid service was okay. Adult pool was an extra bonus to beach access. The stair access in the front of the Resort was one negative especially for seniors. The Resort was clean and well maintained!

Exceptional view. Room clean. Had to call reception to have room cleaned. Should hang sign on door to request/not request this service. All inclusive does not mean you get good liquor. Breakfast menu was great, except no variety on fruit. Lunch and dinner menus were ok, sometimes mediocre. No seafood served at this hotel in Mazatlan? Food at the pool was horrible. Great location. Receptionist when registering was rude and unaccommodating when I asked about restaurants, etc.
