Completely disappointed with our stay! When I booked the “All Inclusive” I was expecting to get the All inclusive treatment however, this hotel is far from having the all inclusive treatment . First and foremost, at our arrival we were not even greeted by any staff personnel , from there I knew , things were not going to be good ! Then came our check in, we arrived early and were charged for early check in , pretty much everything to get our day started . If we wanted the wristband, we needed to pay . Checked in got to our room only to find out we didn’t have a fridge, or an iron . We had to request those and were told that our rooms “ didn’t come with those” ! Say what?! This is the first time I hear and all inclusive doesn’t have those amenities! Then came food, terrible !!! Keeping in mind that this is a “kid hotel “the food options for kids were nearly none. Hot dogs and burgers is all they had. My kids were beyond disappointed with the options. Let’s not talk about the drinks for the kids… only had 2 “soda” options . Either Pepsi or squirt and tasted like water half the time ! Moving along to the water park, the water park is not kept up with . While we slid down the slides, paint would come off the slides. My husband had a white shirt on and it had paint on it after we would leave the water park. If you are trying to relax to the sound of the waves , don’t count on it cause there’s none! Lastly, my husbands water shirt and sandals were stolen!

En primer lugar no hay elevadores ni rampas para subir a las habitaciones, si llevas carriola o vas con una persona con capacidades diferentes será la peor vacación de tu vida, El Internet pésimo y no llega a la habitación y por si fuera poco tampoco llega bien la señal de los móviles, las bebidas incluidas en refresco solo tienen PEPSI regular y SQUIRT de 2 LITROS!!! y las bebidas alcohólicas marca genérica. los barman y meseros te atienden de mala gana a menos que por adelantado les des una propina, las bebidas mal hechas. Punto a favor: La comida aunque poca tiene buen sabor y la persona que te prepara en desayunos huevos al gusto es muy amable. fuera de eso prepararse para una vacación inolvidable pero por mala.

We upgraded to a large ocean view room and honestly… highly recommend! 🌊✨ The view alone made it worth it. That said, All Ritmo Resort could definitely use some updates. The pool was missing quite a few tiles 🏊‍♂️ and when it rained, there were leaks coming through several windows onto the floor 🌧️😬. Food-wise, it could use a major refresh. Over the 3 nights we stayed, the kids’ options were basically the same every day—hotdogs, burgers, and fries 🍔🌭🍟—and the main buffet didn’t offer a lot of variety. On the bright side, Arturo at check-in was fantastic—super friendly and a pleasure to deal with 👏😊. There are also two convenient tour booking desks (one by the pool and one inside near the front desk), which made planning excursions really easy 🗺️. The boutique/gift shop is impressively stocked—you can find pretty much anything you might need, from souvenirs to medications to clothing and toys 🛍️🧴👕. The beach area is in a great location and it was always easy to find a chair to relax in 🏖️☀️. The water park is huge and a lot of fun for all ages 💦🎢, and we loved the underground walkway—super convenient and safe since you don’t have to cross any busy streets 🚶‍♀️👍. Overall: great views, friendly staff, and fun amenities—but definitely room for improvement in maintenance and food.

The hotel has a charming, old Mexican architectural style. While it feels a bit dated, it is well maintained and clean. It’s located outside the main hotel zone, next to a marina, which makes it a great choice if you’re looking for a quieter, more relaxed atmosphere. The beach is fairly small and includes some rocks, shells, and patches of seaweed. Although the water is clear, it may not meet expectations if you’re hoping for a wide stretch of soft, white sand and bright blue water. The on-site water park is enjoyable, especially for families with young children, though it could use some updates and minor repairs. The buffet offered good food, but the standout meals were the reserved dinner options. In particular, Jose and his colleague at the Ostras restaurant provided exceptional service. Most of the staff were friendly and eager to help. Juan Carlos at the activities desk was especially helpful, assisting us in booking excursions around Cancun. For transportation, we arranged a shuttle through MTS, which cost $90 but wasn’t the best experience. Taxis are very expensive and best avoided. Instead, Uber is a much more affordable and convenient option for getting around. Overall, this is a solid choice if you’re looking for a peaceful, low-key vacation without too many frills. However, if you’re seeking a more luxurious experience, this hotel and area may not be the right fit. I would rate it 3 out of 5.

Julio from front desk was very rude when we checked in. Rooms were as described but there’s so much mold that we didn’t want to be in the room much. Came back home sick because of the mold. Mario in the restaurant was really kind and worked so hard when we were there. Marco and Eduardo at the bar were so friendly and knew what drinks to make before we even got to the bar. I would not stay here again unless the property upgrades and gets rid of the mold in the rooms.

As always we are very pleased with the hospitality provided by staff and management of All Ritmo. Since 2010 for many years we visited the resort with our daughters and their husbands and their children, our 5 grand kids. Weather, ocean, sand, sun and always smiling and helpful staff were the sure features that keep us coming back. Aqua Park, night shows, kids club, activities are additional aspects of our favourite place. And we know the comparisons, we were in few other beautiful resorts in Mexico but we will come back to All Ritmo…🏝️🏖️🐠

Our stay at All Ritmo Cancun Resort & Waterpark was average overall. There was no internet in the rooms—only in the lobby and public areas, which was very inconvenient as we had to go there just to check messages. The staff were mixed; some were friendly, others were not. The food was mediocre—you could find some good options, but not consistently. The property is quite old; although it has been renovated, it still feels outdated. There was no fridge in the suite, no cold water in the room. The entertainment was poor, very basic, and not enjoyable. Overall, I would rate this hotel around 2 to 3 stars.

All the workers were pleasant and helpful . The food was delicious and they had a good variety to select from . It was a smaller resort so very comfortable with children and easy to watch them . The games room was very accessible . .

The room had a great view, NOT accessibility friendly, tons of stairs. Lots of problems with stuff in our room. The staff is amazing, responsive and very friendly. Kudos to julio 👏

We spent so much time in the pool. There was music and activities all day. Food was great especially at the speciality restaurants. Wish we checked it out earlier. Water park was fun We will go back again Staff were all friendly and helpful

Todo excelente la atención de la mayoría de los empleados solo al llegar nos cambiaron la habitación porque la que nos tocaba estaba el jacuzzi descompuesto nos ofrecieron masaje y estuvo excelente también la salida tarde pero tuvimos muchos problemas con eso mi tarjeta se desactivó no estaban informados los empleados de nuestra situación y tuvimos un momento muy incómodo

aune clé de safe et nous nous sommes fait volé de l'argent, l'acces à l'eau est en roche non idéal pour les enfants. l'ambiance et la nourriture étaient bonnes!
