"This hotel was a huge disappointment from the moment we checked in. The room was dirty and felt very old and poorly maintained. The bathroom was especially bad—the toilet and sink made loud, unpleasant noises every time they were used, and the shower was visibly dirty.
My daughter’s room had a leak, and while maintenance did come to fix it, they left standing water behind as if it was our responsibility to clean it up. That was incredibly frustrating and unprofessional.
On top of that, the coffee machine was dusty, and the mini fridge was downright nasty. Basic cleanliness clearly isn’t a priority here.
To make matters worse, it took an entire day to get fresh towels, even after going to the front desk multiple times to request them. The lack of responsiveness and attention to guests’ needs was unacceptable.
Overall, this was a very poor experience, and I would not recommend staying here."
