「The room at first night was small and there’s serious problem with the shower, the sewer was clogged and water flowed over all over the room all the way to the downstairs, we had to request to change to another room. Swimming pool at rooftop was not well maintained so the water looks not clean. 」

「AC was not working and all the staff said it was there was no one from maintenance at night so we’ll have to wait until 9:00 am, I traveled with my kids and they recommended my kids to leave the door open since the AC was not working. The pictures on the hotel description do not match the actual conditions. Worst hotel ever not worth it.also the shower is not private it has a glass door and is directly in the bedroom , you can see someone shower from the bed. Old moldy furniture and rusted stair...

「The door lock was broken in my room. They also left the bathroom window opened just a couple inches so mosquitos got in. Airport shuttle frequency & hours are not enough. They should extend the hours for airport pick up an increase frequency during “rush” hour. Breakfast was included & had a good variety. We also had dinner at the restaurant which had great service and good food.」
