This place is a joke. Save yourself the headache.
I don’t usually leave bad reviews, but after the disrespect and dishonesty I experienced here, silence would feel like enabling.
Let’s get straight to it:
• The Wi-Fi/internet barely worked. It dropped every few minutes, making it impossible to get anything done. For a property that claims to offer internet, this is unacceptable.
• The beds were absolutely not queen-sized, they were visibly smaller than advertised. When asked about it, staff gave vague, dismissive answers.
• On the second day, the lobby flooded. Not a minor leak, water everywhere. No warning, no apology. It was a hazard. I found myself and my toddler wading through water to exit the hotel.
And now? They’re lying, claiming I never reported the discomfort surrounding these incidents. When I did. I spoke to staff at the front desk and a supervisor named Cesar. I voiced my concerns. I gave them the opportunity to fix it. They chose not to. And now they are saying that since I completed the stay, they can’t do anything. While when I was there, on the property and reported my issues, THEY CHOSE TO DO NOTHING ABOUT THE SITUATION!
So here we are.
This hotel isn’t just unprofessional, it’s shady. The conditions were bad, the customer service was worse, and the fact that they’re now rewriting the story says everything.
If you’re thinking about staying here: Don’t. You deserve better than watered-down lies and false advertising.
