「It was an horrible experience. We didn’t stay after we saw the condition . We asked for a refund but they didn’t want to give it to us . It was HORRIBLE. Never again !!!!」

「La habitación limpia, solo que en los tres dias que estuve nunca hicieron el aseo y menos poner por lo menos otro rollo de papel, muy mal servicio por esa parte, tuve que comprar el rollo de papel. Tampoco cambiaron las toallas ni hicieron la cama. Menos barrer o algo asi. Según en su reglamento mencionan que despues de las 10pm hay multa si hay ruido, y a nosotros se nos fueron a instalar afuera las dos noches, unos tipos a platicar hasta las 2 de la mañana... y la multa? Y respetar el...

「I’ve stayed at this hotel for the past three years, even before the name change, and it was always my favorite. Sadly, this stay was very disappointing. The receptionist was unwelcoming and gave us a noisy room right by the street and loud music. The room wasn’t properly cleaned, the toilet paper had already been used, and there were hairs in the bathroom. The pool was green, our welcome drink was denied, and breakfast now has very limited options. The only staff member who made us feel welcome...

「It was great.it had it all. Restaurant breakfast. Lunch,dinner.the restaurant becimes a bar at night. Best of all ig was only a 3 min walk to El Zocalo.0」
