"The appearance of the hotel seems very antique an impressive; however, the a/c in my bedroom is as very loud. Although, I was moved rooms, the linen was a bit dirty. The staff in general was not super helpful and not really friendly. In fact, in one occasion, due to possibly my appearance, I was approached and asked if I was staying at the hotel. It got me by surprise and no one else was approached or asked if they were staying at the hotel. I was taken back and it made me feel very unwelcome."
