「I have nothing bad to say」

「This is the worst 5-star all-inclusive experience our family had during christmas. We did not have hot shower for three nights and the room has been freezing cold. We informed the hotel the first night and they kept sending maintenance people without fixing it. And whats worse, they did not really care about our problems. Everytime I called them, I need to explain the situation again. And what I got is 'we will send someone to fix' ' the hotel is fully booked so not possible to change the room'...

「Great property. Beautiful landscaping made it our own tropical paradise. Despite being near a loud road, we didn’t hear anything.」

「The customer service in the restaurant that offered breakfast and lunch was outstanding. Some of the women staff at the front desk were rude at times. The food in the Steakville and Mama Mia, just okay. Room service food wasn't good. We stayed in a Jr Suite it was clean and updated. The walk throughiut the jungle was uneven. It is advisable to wear low walking shoes or tennis shoes. There was a lot of seaweed but the staff worked diligently to remove it. It smelled bad!」

「Our overall vacation was excellent. The staff were all really friendly and helpful. All was clean and the facilities are great. The only thing we found a little less than our expectations was that some evening entertainment had additional charges and the buffet was largely the same each day, although the food was really good. Despite the sargassum problem the beach was well kept. We are likely to return. 」

「My wife and I travel as a hobby... and we travel in luxury. The Rosewood Mayakoba is the most luxurious experience we have had. The spa is perhaps the best on earth, the interior mangroves and boat rides to restaurants is such a cool experience. The rooms are literally on top of the water, private pools, AMAZING service... truly an experience that I hated to end!」
