「The grounds of the hotel were excellent, well maintained, the staff were very helpful, Tatiana and the Concierge Team were always there to help as well as the waiters and bar staff. Room was a nice size and clean, good housekeeping. The four of us ate one evening at the Mayan Night show, and one of our daughters had a meal that she left most of but was then very sick all night, needing the bathroom every 30 minutes, and to make things worse we had arranged and paid for the four of us to go on...
