「My stay was horrible the first 2 days . My television and fridge did not work the first night . After spending 4 hours of my vacation taking to staff they moved my room . The television did not work in that room and they did not fix it so no television for 24 hours the next day after mentioning it again it was replaced. The grounds were maintained there were a couple of staff that were kind. Deyter was kind and helpful. The trolley stopped once . I saved for this vacation and I should have went...

「Very late check in. Concierge wasn’t overly helpful. Room service daily was nice, but we asked for certain items every day and had to keep asking. Very first world issues, but it was a bit frustrating. Weight room AC was out and it was very hot in there every morning.」
