「Property was located with nice surrounding and was pleasure to walk around. Beach were not usable due to lots seaweed. Room was ok as they did not deep clean it. Jacuzzi was broken, tv and remote were not working in room 2014. It was hard to explain any staff due to language barrier. Very hard to get pure vegetarian or jain food in dining area. If you are vegetarian then do not have much choice, so try some other resort instead of this one. Thanks for providing this opportunity.」

「The landscaping was beautiful but for a Secrets Resort, I was pretty disappointed. My room seemed nothing special about it, paid less in other resorts and had bigger and better rooms. My sheets always felt damp, the tub was old and cracked and floor felt dirty. Definitely needs updating! The food was just ok- hibachi and the steakhouse were the two that were good. Considering that we were able to share restaurants with the neighboring Resort “Dreams” is pretty sad that the variety was not...

「Excellent facilities. They need to improve their activities during night. They don’t have activities for teens during night. We want to see fifa World Cup but we can’t because my daughter is 17. They need to create a space for teens during night.」

「We had a great time overall. We loved the decor, the cleanliness, friendly staff, and the food was great. The entertainment at the pool was fun but we found our selves looking for more things to do in the evening. We understand the hotel is newer and they still need to add more options so we just made the most of it and had an amazing time either way.」
