「Clean rooms. Staff was really helpful and accommodating. We got to the hotel with our 5 year old well before check-in and while they were booked solid they tried to get us into a room as soon as possible. I also really liked that they had Easter activities planned for the children, and made sure the kids had fun things to do. 」

「Our experience at TRYP by Wyndham Mayagüez was extremely disappointing. While the hotel itself looks decent, the service was unacceptable and made our stay very frustrating. On the first night, our room had no water. We immediately reported the issue to Louis at the front desk, who told us maintenance would come, but no one ever arrived. 「When I entered I found the bathroom to be dirty. The toilet paper was yellow, like old paper. Walmart is near. I cleaned the bathroom and purchased toilet paper. One towel had a stain on it. The bathroom faucet kept coming off. For those that like to shower with hot water, there was no hot water. Water was at room temperature. There was a lot of WIFI issues with the four network. 「The hotel is older, but the staff and property more than make up for it. The two pools and the beach view from the balcony were breathtaking. Breakfast was free and good. Staff was super helpful (even though we don’t speak Spanish). It’s also in a convenient spot. And they have outdoor cats which were well taken care of!」
