Beautiful, clean, and well-maintained resort with excellent amenities. The pools, beach, kayaking, biking, and family-friendly activities made it a great vacation, and our kids had an amazing time.
The biggest opportunity for improvement is customer service. The valet team and trolley drivers were not particularly friendly or welcoming. The trolley service was also slow, with waits of 15–20 minutes being common.
Overall, it's a fantastic property with great amenities. Improving staff friendliness and trolley frequency would make this an easy 5-star experience.
